Every student learns differently. I provide individualized neuro-informed reading and learning intervention designed to meet each student’s unique learning profile, strengths, and areas of challenge.
My approach integrates current research in reading development, learning science, attention, executive functioning, and neurodevelopment. Sessions are responsive, highly personalized, and carefully structured to support both skill acquisition and emotional resilience in learning.
Over many years of working closely with students with learning differences, I have developed an effective intervention framework that helps students move from frustration and overwhelm toward greater confidence, independence, and mastery.
I specialize in supporting students with:
• Reading difficulties and dyslexia-related profiles
• Language-based learning challenges
• Attention and executive functioning difficulties
• Academic frustration and reduced confidence
• Foundational literacy and learning skill development
• Students who benefit from individualized and highly scaffolded instruction
Sessions are carefully scaffolded so students experience success while steadily building foundational skills, confidence, and resilience needed for long-term growth.
Intervention is individualized, responsive, and designed to reduce overwhelm while strengthening attention, engagement, processing, and academic momentum.
When intervention is well-targeted and consistent, students are often able to make meaningful progress more quickly than families initially expect.
Effective intervention helps students:
• Strengthen foundational reading and language skills
• Build confidence and academic resilience
• Reduce frustration and learning anxiety
• Develop greater independence and self-direction
• Experience meaningful academic momentum over time
Early intervention is especially important because success tends to build upon itself. As students gain skills and confidence, they become better able to engage, grow, and continue progressing academically over time.
One of the most meaningful parts of this work is watching students begin to see themselves differently — not simply as struggling learners, but as capable, confident, and increasingly independent students.
I believe strongly in a collaborative approach and value communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in supporting each student.
My goal is not only academic growth, but helping students rediscover a sense of confidence, curiosity, and belief in their own ability to learn.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory consultation to discuss your child’s needs and determine whether my practice may be a good fit. Pease feel free to contact me anytime. I would be happy to speak with you.
